The Mayflower set sail on 16th September 1620 from Plymouth, UK, to voyage to America, known to English explorers at the time as the New World.  The three floors of the museum tell the story of this remarkable journey of courage in the face of adversity. Your journey of discovery begins by stepping onto the balcony on the top floor to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the marina and Barbican.

Mayflower Pilgrims, Plymouth and Beyond Gallery features a model of the Mayflower Ship built on a 1:11 inch scale by apprentices at Devonport Royal Dockyard for the 350th year anniversary of the Mayflower Pilgrims sailing from Plymouth.

Relive history and be entertained through quizzes, games and dress up at the Mayflower Museum.
