At Elfordleigh Leisure, our fully equipped fitness centre and swimming is open daily. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced trainee, young or old, we are here to cater for you. We have a variety of cardio and strength equipment. Our gym instructors are more than happy to help create a programme especially for you. We offer gym inductions for new users!
Our Fitness Suite
Our modern fitness suite here at Elfordleigh Leisure has everything you could possibly wish for. Fully kitted out with Technogym’s most modern fitness equipment, it has more than you could need, whatever your goals.
Whether it's improving your cardiovascular fitness using our range of treadmills, bikes, cross trainers or rowing machines, or increasing your strength using our extensive range of weight machines and free weights, your desires are catered for.
Once your workout is complete, why not utilise our variety of wellness equipment such as stretching on our mats or using our foam rollers to massage your muscles. Whatever your needs, our professional and experienced staff will always be available to advise or assist whenever needed.
Our Aerobic classes
Our aerobic studio has a full program of aerobic-based classes which include a large variety of exercises. We hold 24 aerobic classes a week from yoga, kettlebells, pilates, strength and conditioning and much more. Our aerobics studio is available to hire for £20 an hour.
YOGA
The practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, and meditation.
BODY CONDITIONING
Our body conditioning classes help your body to be fit, healthy and lean.
ZUMBA
A fitness programme that combines dance with aerobic activity to burn off the calories.
LIFTING FIT
A workout that uses barbells to burn calories, shape and tone your body.
WATER AEROBICS
A fun and enjoyable workout while in the water.
BODY WORKOUT
Fully body routine, we incorporate all exercises that engage all the muscle groups.
Our Swimming pool
Our pool stands at 15m by 9m (depth 150cm) and proves a perfect jewel of Elfordleigh Leisure. Natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows, with beautiful views over our mature gardens. Within this area we house two spas, sauna and steam room of which visitors and members can wander freely. Its adults only after 8pm Monday to Friday, and 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
Our Fees & Membership
We have flexible membership plans to suits all needs. The staff at Elfordleigh Leisure will be on hand to help you every step of the way, offering support, encouragement and advice. Your individual requirements will be assessed on joining and the optimal program developed with you. As an member you will enjoy 15% discount on spa treatments and food & beverages.

SAT & SUN: 8am - 8pm (Last entry 7pm)
Management reserve the right to change opening hours on a bank holiday. All facilities are closed 15 minutes before the club closes.
